Scribbi Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Scribbi iOS app and this privacy policy webpage.

2. Information processed by the app

• Drawings and game results: These are processed temporarily on your device. They are not sent to an external server or collected by the Scribbi developer.
• Game preparation files: When you start game preparation, files required for the feature are downloaded from an external file provider and stored on your device.
• Preparation status and settings: A minimal amount of information needed to run the app, such as download progress, may be stored on your device.
• Support requests: If you contact support by email, your sender address and message are processed to reply to you and resolve the issue.

The Scribbi developer does not create user accounts or directly collect names, email addresses, contacts, photo library content, location data, or advertising identifiers through app APIs or SDKs. The app does not use advertising, behavioral tracking, or developer-operated user analytics SDKs. As described below, the game-file provider may process an approximate location derived from the request IP address together with request and device information.

3. Network connections and external services

When downloading game preparation files, the app connects to servers operated by Hugging Face. Hugging Face states that it automatically records service-use information, session date and location, IP address, and device type, model, version, and operating system, and may process that information to deliver, monitor, improve, and secure its services. The Scribbi developer does not receive this information directly or use it for advertising, user tracking, or profiling.

This webpage is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. It does not include cookies, advertising, or visitor analytics scripts, and the Scribbi developer does not keep a separate visitor log. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process your IP address and request-related technical information to deliver and secure the service.

4. Purposes of processing

Information stored on your device is used only to provide game features, resume downloads, verify file integrity, and recover from errors. Support request information is used only to reply to the request and resolve the issue.

5. Retention and deletion

• Drawings and game progress are processed on your device while the game feature is in use.
• Downloaded game preparation files may remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app.
• Servers operated by the Scribbi developer do not retain drawings, game results, or user profiles.
• Support requests are retained for as long as needed to reply and resolve the issue and may be deleted afterward unless retention is legally required.
• Technical information processed by external services is retained and deleted under each provider's privacy policy.

6. Your choices and rights

You may choose not to start game preparation, and you may delete downloaded files from the app's management screen. You can remove other local app information by deleting the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of information in a support request, or to ask a privacy question, contact jaeyeol2931@gmail.com.

7. Children's privacy

The Scribbi developer does not intentionally collect personal information through the app, regardless of age. A parent or guardian may use the support channel above if they have a privacy concern or question.

8. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices or external services change, this policy and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be updated.
